Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the electronics in their original anti-static packaging and protective foam to prevent any transit damage to the sensitive display panels.
Shipping and Labeling
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible for our intake team.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
